Are Your Cake Halal?
Our cake shop is not Halal-certified, some of our products contain alcohol. However, we do not use pork of lard in our products. If you have any questions regarding cake requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How Do Store Our Cake?
Our cakes are best consumed on the day of purchase for optimal taste and flavour. However, you may keep the cakes chilled for up to 3 days and it is stable in air-conditioning area for 2 hours.

Do You Deliver To All Parts Of Singapore?
We deliver island-wide Singapore, limited to certain areas.

We do not deliver to:

1. Tuas area
2. Airport Cargo Road
3. Alps Avenue
4. Airline Road

How Can I Order from One Bakery?
All orders will have to be placed through our website or via WhatsApp +65 8611 3201

How Can I Pay?
All payment to be make upon ordering via PayNow. Orders will only be confirmed once payment completed.

Can I Amend Or Cancel My Order?
No cancellations are allowed once payment has been made and only amendments to collection and delivery time with a minimum of 48 hours lead time.
